We often go through our day seeing just bad, suboptimal things that happen to us. What if we try noticing good things instead and start appreciating them more?
If you have a roof over your head, food on your table, health, or someone to love, you’re blessed. We seem to forget this as we always long for more and better. What if we remind ourselves every day of how lucky we are and do our best to share our joy with others?
Try noticing little things, keep in mind that you’re blessed, and be grateful for everything that you have.
This is not just another day in your life. This day is special. It’s the one day that is given to you today. It’s a gift. And the only appropriate response is gratefulness.
