Don’t feel pressure to be 100% productive all the time. Particularly now, with a crisis at hand, it’s ok to be unfocused, worried and unproductive.
If being productive takes your mind off things and helps you relax (as it’s the case for many creative people) then go ahead, work away, but don’t feel bad if you don’t.
Take a break. Help someone. Do what you can when you can, and most of all, focus on your health first. There will always be time to up your productivity game.
Stay safe, look after yourself, and look after others.
