Issue #40
Follow Your Fear
Always do what you are afraid to do. ― Ralph Waldo Emerson
Fear might be one of the strongest indicators of what’s truly important to us. When we’re terrified of something (whether giving a talk, publishing an article, changing a job, asking ourselves a hard question, making an important decision), it just means that this is the way for us to grow.
Facing your fears and overcoming them will help you find happiness and meaning. Follow your fears and you’ll find your true self.
The Value of Doing Things That Scare You
Facing your fears isn’t easy, but doing things that scare you is the best way to grow.
Until Next Week
Next time you experience fear, follow it, face it. It’s where you should go if you want to grow.
