Mindfulness, awareness on the present moment, can often feel like an elusive goal as our mind races from one distraction to another, from one goal to another. It seems like it’s always out of reach, only available to the enlightened. But its true nature is quite different.
It is not only within our reach but so close to us that consciously practicing it for only a few minutes every day can drastically improve our attention, awareness, and thus our quality of life.
