What you’re thinking, what you’re saying to yourself, is actually creating your own reality.
If you think negative thoughts, you’re likely to attract negativity into your life. Subconsciously, unintentionally, but undoubtedly so.
Do you remember an occasion when you had pessimistic thoughts and the thing you feared the most happened? I sure can. And more often than not, when I analyze the situation, I get a strong feeling that the outcome would be different if only my thoughts were different.
The same, of course, is valid for positive, optimistic views. If you’re looking up, you’re likely to go in that direction.
Be wary of your thoughts, speak gently to yourself, optimistically, and you’re likely to see this reflected in your life.
