You Can’t Control Everything
"You cannot always control what goes on outside. But you can always control what goes on inside." — Wayne Dyer
Things that are outside of our control can seem very scary. There’s nothing we can do about them, yet they have the power to affect our lives.
There’s no use in complaining about them, ignoring them, or trying to wish them away. And since there’s nothing we can do about them, we can only accept them and roll with them.
Do the things that are within your control and let everything else go. If elections are at hand, vote and let it go. Trust that the chosen candidate will be good for your country on one level or another.
Believe that whatever happens, happens for the best. And even if we don’t see it straight away, we just might realize it with time.

PS. Generally speaking, there’s little that you can or even should control in your life, let alone in the world. But you can control your emotions and your reactions to outside events. Be mindful of your thoughts, regardless of the situation. You’ll find that it’s much easier to deal with difficulties this way.
