We tend to focus on the big picture, big goals, and milestones, but in the process forget to notice the small, daily things. We forget to acknowledge our wins when they don’t meet some imaginary criteria of greatness.

Celebrating every step we successfully take can be a great motivation tool, incentivize us to make another step, and another one after that.

Celebrate your wins, no matter how small they are.
