Most of the time we focus on things we want to accomplish and the things we want to do, but it’s equally important to think about the things we don’t want to do.

Creating a to-don’t list can help you be aware of the things you shouldn’t do. Review this list every morning (or evening, if that’s your cup of tea), and you just might find that your temptations and distractions are diminishing.
