Did you know that having an optimistic outlook on life can positively affect your mental and physical health?

This is why we’re naturally drawn to optimism. We feel good when we hear a heart-warming story. We gravitate towards optimistic people and enjoy their company. Optimism is contagious, and if we’re exposed to it, we become optimistic ourselves.

And when we’re optimistic, we’re hopeful and confident, which in turn increases our productivity, creativity, and inspiration.
