What’s Next?
"Wisdom often consists of knowing what to do next." — Herbert Hoover
One of the most important questions to ask yourself if you want to get anything meaningful done is “What’s next?”
Ask yourself this when you’re at work, when you’re doing chores, when you decide to take on a side-project, or simply when you’re not sure what to do next to make the most significant impact.
Asking what’s next every step of your way will help you:
- Clarify your goals. (You’ll be thinking about them and redefining them constantly.)
- Make meaningful decisions (You’ll have to figure out what’s next often.)
- Focus. (You’ll always have one clear thing to tackle next.)
- Relieve your stress. (You’ll stop worrying if you’re making progress or working on the right things.)
Make it a habit, and you’ll see the benefits and progress sooner than you think.
So, what’s next?
