Ask Yourself
Most of your limitations are a fragile collection of socially reinforced rules you can choose to break at any time. — Tim Ferriss
What can I do today that will make a significant difference later or in the long run? (Start doing it daily.)
If I had only 20% of my current available time to do everything I want to do, what would I cut off? (Consider cutting it off anyway.)
If money was no object, what would I quit doing completely? (Try to structure your life to avoid it, or work toward a change that will help you get there.)
What is the worst that can happen if I do what I want, or if I make that change that I fear? (Your fears could be merely irrational exaggerations.)
